How to Prepare:

- Bring a yoga mat, eye mask with strap, warm layer (blanket or shawl), water bottle, and notebook with pen.
- Think about your intentions before the session. Eat healthy foods, avoid alcohol, and hydrate. Rest well the night before if possible.
