Getting Centered: What It Means and Why It's Important!

In this time of change, getting centered is so important.

I have a few tips to help you stay centered!  Keep reading!


During my time in "isolation", I have been making sure to  get my feet on the grass every day. Regardless of the news and conspiracy theories, what I do know is that 

The Earth is calling us into balance.


I recommend that anything you can do to connect with the earth - the better. Walking barefoot on the ground has been proven to release endorphins (feel good hormones) and reduce stress in the body.  This helps to bring your body back into balance. 


There are many useful tools for your well-being, but it doesn't get any easier than this! On this topic of getting grounded and centered, I'd like to share this video with you! 


Getting Centered is very helpful in times of change! Also, this video depicts exactly what I'm doing in my isolation time! Dancing! I have been meditating, playing guitar, singing, reading, writing, cooking, and exercising too! 

I feel like I'm living life to fullest in lock-down!


Also, I want to give a shout-out to all the people who are still working to keep things going... Ie. medical professionals, grocery stores employees, etc… Sending love and light to all those who are still working for the greater good! You are amazing!
