REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Stanzie Langtree and Infinite Being LLC, including sessions, events, workshops, courses, programs, retreats, deposits, online offerings, digital offerings, and other services.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

When you purchase or register for a service, you are reserving access, space, resources, accommodations, services, and/or preparation that may not be recoverable or resold.

Refunds or exchanges are not provided due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

changes in personal plans or scheduling conflicts;
illness, injury, medical circumstances, family emergencies, or other personal circumstances;
inability or failure to attend;
late arrival or early departure;
dissatisfaction with or differing expectations regarding the experience;
failure to experience a particular physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, healing, transformational, or other result;
transportation delays, flight cancellations, missed flights, or other travel disruptions;
weather or environmental conditions; or
passport, visa, immigration, customs, or entry issues.

You remain responsible for the purchase price regardless of whether you ultimately attend, participate in, complete, access, or use the service.

TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to another person, please contact Infinite Being LLC.

Transfers may be permitted at our discretion and may be subject to eligibility, timing, administrative, accommodation, or other requirements applicable to the particular service.

Approval of a transfer is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you purchase a service using an approved payment plan, the payment plan is an arrangement for payment of the full purchase price and is not a month-to-month or installment-by-installment purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

You remain responsible for the full agreed purchase price even if you do not attend, discontinue participation, or choose not to complete the service.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY INFINITE BEING LLC

Infinite Being LLC may reasonably reschedule, relocate, modify, or provide an alternative format for a service when circumstances require it, including circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, natural disasters, war or armed conflict, civil unrest, political or security events, epidemics or pandemics, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, border closures, travel disruptions, venue closures, or similar circumstances.

If Infinite Being LLC cancels an entire service and does not provide a rescheduled offering or comparable alternative, participants will be provided with an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable requirements.

Infinite Being LLC is not responsible for independently incurred expenses such as airfare, transportation, accommodations, visa expenses, or other travel costs. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for retreats and destination programs.
