Where required by applicable law, we process personal information based on an appropriate legal basis, which may include performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate business interests.

QUESTIONNAIRES, INTAKE FORMS & SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Because some of our services involve wellness, spiritual, personal-development, or experiential activities, you may voluntarily provide personal or sensitive information through questionnaires, scheduling forms, registration forms, intake forms, or direct communications.

Information you provide through these forms is treated as private and confidential within our business and is used primarily to understand your needs, communicate with you, administer or provide the requested service, and support your participation.

We do not publicly disclose or use the personal contents of your questionnaire or intake responses for marketing purposes without your permission. Access is limited to Infinite Being LLC and team members, facilitators, contractors, or service providers who reasonably need access to administer or provide the applicable service or support our business systems.

Confidentiality is subject to circumstances in which disclosure is reasonably necessary or required by applicable law, including legal obligations, lawful requests, protection of rights or safety, prevention of fraud or unlawful activity, or other circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.

Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your requested service.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS & ADVERTISING

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand Site usage, personalize experiences, measure performance, and support marketing and advertising.

Our current service providers include:

  • Shopify for our website, ecommerce, checkout, customer accounts, and related functionality;
  • Klaviyo for email marketing and customer communications;
  • Acuity Scheduling for appointments and scheduling;

We may also use payment processors, hosting and technology providers, contractors, professional advisers, and other service providers reasonably necessary to operate our business.

We use privacy and cookie controls on our Site to obtain or manage consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies in applicable regions. Visitors may use these controls to manage their privacy preferences.

SHOPIFY & SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

Our Site is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit, interact with, or make purchases through our Site in order to provide its platform and related services.

We currently use Shopify Network Intelligence. When this feature is enabled, Shopify may process information about your interactions with our Site together with information from your interactions with Shopify and other merchants in order to provide enhanced services, including services related to personalization, analytics, security, store performance, and advertising.

Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers located in the United States and other countries as necessary to provide these services.

For more information about how Shopify processes personal information and the privacy rights available directly through Shopify, please review Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Site, process transactions, administer appointments and registrations, communicate with you, provide analytics and advertising, maintain our technology, prevent fraud, obtain professional services, and otherwise operate our business.

We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

We do not disclose personal information for unrelated purposes except as described in this Policy, with your direction or consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where permitted by applicable law, we may send you information about services, events, programs, retreats, promotions, and related offerings.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may still receive necessary non-promotional communications relating to purchases, appointments, registrations, or services.

SALE, SHARING & TARGETED ADVERTISING

We do not sell personal information for money.

Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough that certain advertising, analytics, or personalization activities involving Shopify, Meta, Google, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may fall within those definitions even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable, visitors may use our Data Sharing Opt-Out Page or other privacy controls available on the Site to opt out of qualifying sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Where required by applicable law, qualifying universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), are processed through our configured privacy controls.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Infinite Being LLC operates from the United States and uses Shopify and other service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries.

Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including in countries whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms will be used.

DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; appeal certain privacy decisions; or make a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.

You may exercise applicable privacy choices through the privacy controls available on our Site, including our cookie preferences and Data Sharing Opt-Out Page where available, or contact us at team@stanzielangtree.com.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You may also have rights directly with Shopify regarding information Shopify processes. Please see Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for additional information.

The Site is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

Our services generally require participants to be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate independently. Participation by a minor requires prior approval and appropriate parent or legal guardian consent.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party platforms and websites, including the service providers identified above, maintain their own privacy practices and policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies when interacting with their services.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
