This is purposely a smaller group than other retreats to create a sacred container for deeper work. The Maya ceremonies are powerful, and this retreat is best suited for those who are ready to go deeper on their path.
Optional Personal Readings
Participants will also have the opportunity to receive a private Sacred Seed reading and an individual Maya calendar reading with the shaman. These personal readings are offered separately on a donation basis and are not included in the retreat investment.

He will guide us through three sacred fire ceremonies, each held in a place chosen for its spiritual significance:
Healing Ceremony in a Sacred Cave
A ceremony for releasing old energy, receiving healing, and clearing what has been weighing you down.
Manifestation Ceremony at Tikal
Held at the base of an ancient Maya pyramid, this ceremony will focus on removing obstacles and energizing the visions you are ready to bring into form.
Gratitude Ceremony at Lake Atitlán
Our final ceremony will be devoted to gratitude, integration, and honoring all that has been received throughout the journey.
Maya Wisdom
Along the way, he will share teachings on Maya cosmology, sacred ceremony, and the traditional Maya calendar.
In alignment with the traditional K’iche’ Maya ceremonies currently practiced, this retreat is completely substance-free. No plant medicine or psychedelics are used or needed for the experience.
Because these ceremonies can open deep layers of healing, insight, and transformation, the retreat has been intentionally designed for a small group. This preserves the reverence and sacredness of the experience.

Meet Dr. Stanzie
Dr. Stanzie Langtree is the creator of Energetic Alignment, a powerful energy healing modality that supports kundalini activation, nervous system recalibration, emotional release, spiritual awakening, and deeper alignment with purpose.
With a background as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Master’s in Exercise Science, and nearly two decades of yoga, meditation, energy work, and spiritual study, Dr. Stanzie bridges the worlds of science, embodiment, and higher consciousness.

Arrival in Flores and Opening Circle
Afternoon: Arrive at Villa Maya for check-in at 3:00 PM. Take time to unpack, settle in, and enjoy the peaceful jungle setting and lakeside grounds.
Evening: The retreat begins promptly at 5:00 PM with grounding practices, group connection, opening intentions, and dinner together.
March 2, 2027
Sacred Cave Healing Ceremony
Morning: Breakfast, meditation, Kriya, spiritual teachings, and lunch at Villa Maya.
Afternoon: Travel approximately one hour to a sacred cave for lightwork activations with Dr. Stanzie and a traditional K’iche’ Maya fire ceremony focused on healing, clearing negative energy, and releasing blockages.
Evening: Return to Villa Maya for dinner, rest, and integration.
March 3, 2027
Tikal and the Manifestation Ceremony
Morning: Depart early for the ancient sacred site of Tikal. A traditional K’iche’ Maya shaman will guide us through a spiritual and historical tour of its temples, pyramids, and ceremonial spaces.
Throughout the experience, we will also receive lightwork activations with Dr. Stanzie and enter a traditional fire ceremony at the base of a Maya pyramid. The ceremony will focus on removing obstacles, clarifying your intentions, and energizing the visions you are ready to bring to life.
Afternoon: Enjoy lunch at Tikal before returning to Villa Maya for rest and integration.
Evening: Dinner together and an early night before the following day’s journey.
March 4, 2027
Journey to Lake Atitlán
Morning: Begin our full travel day with a group flight from Flores to Guatemala City.
Afternoon: Enjoy lunch along the way before continuing by private transportation to our secluded cliffside estate in San Antonio Palopó.
After check-in, there will be time to unpack, explore the property, and take in the breathtaking lake and volcano views.
Evening: Dinner, gentle yoga, and sound healing to help you settle and decompress after the journey.
March 5, 2027
Energetic Alignment One: Healing
Morning: Meditation, Kriya, a light breakfast, and your first Energetic Alignment.
This session will focus on healing and clearing deeper patterns that may be affecting you physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.
Afternoon: Lunch, followed by time to rest, swim in Lake Atitlán, journal, or enjoy the property. We will then gather for spiritual teachings and integration.
Evening: Dinner and mantra practice to gently close the day.
March 6, 2027
Energetic Alignment Two: Transformation
Morning: Meditation, Kriya, breakfast, and your second Energetic Alignment.
This session will focus on transformation, helping you step into your power, reconnect with your heart and soul’s desires, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Afternoon: Lunch, integration time, and spiritual teachings.
Evening: Dinner and a gentle evening practice.
March 7, 2027
Energetic Alignment Three: Awakening
+ Gratitude Ceremony + Eye Blessing
Morning: Meditation, Kriya, breakfast, and your third Energetic Alignment.
This session will focus on spiritual awakening, expanded awareness, intuitive connection, and the deeper embodiment of your transformation.
Afternoon: After lunch and integration time, we will travel to a sacred space at Lake Atitlán for our final traditional K’iche’ Maya fire ceremony, devoted to gratitude and honoring all that has been received.
Evening: We will close with a Shaktipat eye blessing to deepen and anchor the energy of the retreat.
March 8, 2027
Closing Integration and Departure
Morning: Meditation, Kriya, closing activities, and integration practices designed to help you carry the retreat experience forward into your life.
We will honor what has shifted, close our journey together, and check out by 11:00 AM.
This retreat follows a full group schedule. For safety, continuity, and the depth of the experience, participants are expected to remain with the group and on the retreat property throughout the journey. Exact timing may shift to honor ceremonies, travel conditions, weather, and the needs of the group.

Location
Flores and Lake Atitlán, Guatemala
The retreat begins at Villa Maya, a beautiful jungle retreat hotel near Flores. We will then continue to a secluded private cliffside estate in San Antonio Palopó, overlooking Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes.

Accommodations
Beautiful retreat accommodations are included at both Villa Maya and our private Lake Atitlán estate.
Double occupancy rooms are shared by two participants and include separate beds and a dedicated bathroom. A limited number of single occupancy rooms will be available at a higher investment.

What’s Not Included
Arrival airfare, departure airfare, arrival and departure airport transfers, additional hotel purchases (ie. restaurant and laundry), optional private readings, and travel insurance are not included.
You will be provided contacts to schedule your transport outside of the retreat.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Arrival
Please arrange your arrival flight into Flores, Guatemala (FRS).
Check-in at Villa Maya begins at 3:00 PM on March 1, and the official retreat experience promptly beginning at 5:00 PM.
The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport so you can plan to arrive on time.
Departure
The retreat will conclude by 11:00 AM on March 8 at our private estate near Lake Atitlán.
Please arrange your departure flight from Guatemala City (GUA), allowing enough time for the journey from Lake Atitlán to the airport (about 3 hours drive depending on traffic).
Many participants choose to spend an additional nights in surrounding villages for rest, exploration, and integration.
Passport and Entry Requirements
Entry requirements vary depending on your passport nationality. U.S. citizens currently do not need a tourist visa for visits of up to 90 days, but they must complete Guatemala’s electronic immigration and customs declaration before entering.
All participants are responsible for confirming the current passport, visa, and entry requirements that apply to their nationality before booking travel.
Important Note
The retreat includes a full schedule of ceremonies, Alignments, sacred excursions, teachings, and integration practices. There will be limited time for independent sightseeing or shopping during the retreat.
Those wishing to explore Guatemala beyond the planned retreat journey are encouraged to arrive early or extend their stay afterward.
