Make sure you move any of our emails from spam to your inbox so that you receive future emails. You will receive reminder emails with the Zoom link 1 hour and 5 minutes before the session starts.

This helps Dr. Stanzie understand what you are currently moving through and how to best support you during the session.
Check Your Time Zone
Please confirm the session time in your local time zone using the details on the event registration page. You can use a website like Time Converter to help find the correct time.
Zoom Setup
Online Alignments are hosted on Zoom.
Before the session, please:
– Update Zoom
– Test your audio and video before the session starts
– Keep your video ON during the session
This is an interactive experience, and your presence on camera is important to receive direct guidance from Dr. Stanzie.
What to Expect
The Online Energetic Alignment is designed to offer a powerful group experience similar to an in-person session.
You will receive direct guidance and energetic work from Dr. Stanzie within a live group setting.
Please plan to:
– Be present for the full session with your camera on
– Allow an extra 20 minutes in case we go over for integration
– Attend live, as there is no replay
Guest Policy
Each participant must be registered in advance.
If someone would like to join you, even on the same screen, they must have their own registration. Unregistered participants will not be admitted.
Prepare Your Space
Please set up a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can fully participate.
You will need enough room to:
– Sit comfortably
– Stand and move your body
– Lie down flat
When lying down, please position your camera so your torso and head remain visible.
For safety, please do not join while driving.
What to Bring
Please have these items ready before the session begins:
– Notebook
– Pen
– Water
– Eye mask with a strap
– Light blanket or warm layer
– Comfortable activewear or yoga clothing
– An open, receptive mindset
How to Prepare
To support your experience, we recommend:
– Eating nourishing foods
– Staying well hydrated
– Avoiding alcohol
– Getting restful sleep beforehand, if possible
– Completing your pre-session form
– Reflecting on your intentions

Please arrive on Zoom with openness, presence, and respect for the process - both your own and the group’s.
