How to prepare:
- Think about your intentions for the session
- Eat healthy foods, avoid alcohol, and hydrate
- Rest well the night before if possible.
**To Bring**:
- Pen and paper/notebook
- Yoga mat (if you need to borrow one, please send an email to Team@stanzielangtree.com)
- Eye mask with strap (Available for purchase $20)
- Warm layer
- Wear yoga clothes or activewear
- Waterbottle
