How to prepare:
- Think about your intentions for the session
- Eat healthy foods, avoid alcohol, and hydrate
- Rest well the night before if possible.
**To Bring**:
- Pen and paper/notebook
- Yoga mat (There are extras if you don't have one.)
- Eye mask with strap (Available for purchase $20)
- Warm layer
- Wear Activewear or clothes you can move in
- Waterbottle
