General Schedule:
March 10 - Arrive at the Cairo Airport by 1pm.
Check-in and Retreat Activities/Sessions start at 3pm prompt. Full Moon Ceremony + Dinner.
March 11-12 - Meditation & Movement Practices every morning, Cairo Excursions & Group flight to Luxor on 12th and embark on boat.
March 13 - 18 - Meditation & Movement Practices every morning, Excursions daily, and Energetic Alignments will be on 3 of the days. Other workshops, activations and energy transmissions will be scheduled throughout and at sacred sites. Sailing along the Nile throughout.
March 19 - Morning Activities & Check-out by 11am in ASWAN. (Book your return flight from ASW).
The retreat will have full days of activities with breaks and meals provided throughout. There won't be enough time to do your own tourist activities. If you want to explore other locations, do extensive shopping or visit other cities, it is recommended that you stay extra days after the retreat. This will also give you extra time to integrate before going home.
The rooms will be shared with 2 participants per room with separate beds and a private bathroom in each room. The boat has very nice rooms and bathrooms.
