This is a live, interactive experience that lasts 2.5 hours. There are NO replays. Allow for an extra 20 minutes, as sometimes we go over time due to integration.

How to Prepare:
ZOOM Technology:
- The sessions will be held on Zoom conferencing. (Download it here: https://zoom.us/)
- *UPDATE your ZOOM ahead of time.*
- Test the video & audio BEFORE the session.
- You will need to have your video ON during the session.
What to Expect:
- This is an interactive experience just like an in-person session. You will receive direct guidance and energy work even though it's in a group setting.
- Full participation is highly recommended, and you will need to be there for the entire session for the best results.
- Allow 20-30 minutes extra time because we sometimes go over or you may need time for integration.
- There will be NO replay as the session only works if you are present.
Bringing a Guest:
If someone wants to join you on the same screen, they need to register for the session.
People who are not registered will not be allowed to participate in the session.
Space Setup:
- A place to sit, stand, and lie down comfortably.
- You need a place where you can lie down flat and be visible in the camera (at least your torso and head).
- Be in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed. (Do NOT do this while driving.)
What to Bring:
- Pen and Paper/Notebook
- Water
- Eye mask with strap
- Light blanket or warm layer
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in - preferably activewear
- Curiosity and an open mind
